Morning: Arise to smile at the warmth given to us all each day by our life-giving sun. Happy to head to work with the goal of ending the day just a little further ahead than before.

Noon: Of course, the challenges of the day have presented themselves. There will be no retreat.

Afternoon: Refueled, and dreaming of a distant island to enjoy the feeling of the ocean waves rushing over my bare feet as I walk slowly across the beach.
